Over 35 years of comprehensive upstream oil and gas experience spanning all phases of drilling, completion, and production operations for both unconventional and conventional assets. Proven track record managing well control and high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) environments for major operators and premier service providers., including CalFrac Well Services. Extensive geographic expertise across premier North American basins (Permian, Powder River, and Bakken Shale) alongside offshore operational rotations. Experience in real-time downhole data analysis, multi-stage hydraulic fracturing, and complex artificial lift systems.

Drilling & Well Control: Proficient in both air and mud drilling systems, advanced directional drilling execution, casing design, and real-time formation pressure interpretation.

Completions & Stimulation: Hands-on execution of unconventional completions, fluid/mud chemistry management, cementing, and multi-stage hydraulic fracturing workflows.

Downhole Equipment & Testing: Expert in running Drill Stem Tests (DSTs), R-Type packers, Intech coring, liners, hangers, and specialized float equipment.

Well Workovers & Artificial Lift: Skilled in tubing, packer, and sucker rod installations utilizing Crown, Franks, and Wilson system types; expert troubleshooting of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESPs), gas lift systems, and rod pumps.

Production & Surface Facilities: Deep technical knowledge of surface separation processes, custody transfer protocols, pipeline management, and contract gas production.

Gas Compression & Maintenance: Comprehensive experience in high/low-speed gas compression, screw compressors, welding, and preventative facility maintenance.
