Innovative Energy Partners (IEP) is a Texas-based energy company that acquires and develops upstream and midstream assets. The company's principals have operated and developed a wide range of large, world-class assets during their careers. IEP's management team has over 65 years of experience in CO₂ flooding and uses reservoir simulation, modeling, and some AI applications to design facilities, steer drilling plans, model future flow volumes, and optimize production technology. IEP's management team has a proven track record of success in the development of unconventional and CO₂/waterflood assets. The principals of IEP are experts in the area of CO₂  flooding and have implemented several notable unconventional projects in the 5 shale basins.

IEP acquires and develops assets for two different types of partnerships:

• Non-operated assets for upstream and midstream facilities, particularly those midstream assets amenable to the energy transition.

• Operated assets with associated midstream projects, including unconventional,  CO₂ injection and H2 power/infrastructure projects.
