Tucker has over 30 years of financial and business experience providing expertise regarding capital, M&A activities, capital raising and restructuring in the energy and oilfield services sector. Tucker previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Huwa Enterprises, a small conglomerate of oil and renewable energy service and construction companies. Prior to joining Huwa in 2018, Tucker was the Executive Vice President and CFO at Enservco, a public oilfield service company. Starting in 2011, he was the CFO for Tracker Resources, a private equity-funded E&P Co. Prior to joining Tracker, Tucker held publicly held management positions with Petroflow as an advisor and CFO to the company’s board of directors. Prior to Petrolflow, Tucker was an investor and Principal for a high-net-worth drilling partnership with operations in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. Tucker was also a senior executive at PYR Energy, a Denver-based public E&P firm, where he managed all finance, accounting, and strategic functions.

Tucker also has extensive investment banking experience where his roles and responsibilities consistently expanded after being recruited to join each bank. In 2002, Tucker oversaw the Energy Investment Banking Group at Stifel Nicolaus and Company where he was responsible for the origination and execution of all Stifel’s energy clients firmwide. Prior to Stifel, Tucker was the lead Senior Associate and Manager for J.P. Morgan’s Global Energy Group in New York and an Associate in the Deutsche Banc BT Wolfensohn M&A Group in New York. Tucker began his banking career with Petrie Parkman in Denver in 1996 after several joint industry mandates.  Tucker has executed numerous mergers and acquisitions, equity, debt, and other financing transactions in various industries including energy, defense, and telecom. For the five years preceding his banking experience, Tucker worked in various finance and business development positions at Snyder Oil (Patina) and KN Energy. Additionally, Tucker is a retired Major in the U.S. Army (Infantry). He served on active duty and in the reserves.
